Return Policy

Eligibility: Returns are applicable for goods that are delivered with the incorrect model; incorrect quantity; or products damaged due to technical defects or issues occurring during the seller’s transportation process.
The seller will contact the customer to resolve the issue as soon as possible and will bear all return shipping costs if the fault lies with the seller.
Applicable Solutions:

  • Option 1: Exchange for a new product that matches the original order and committed quality. The seller covers all shipping costs for the exchange.
  • Option 2: The seller issues a full refund for the order value to the customer and retrieves the original goods.

  • Exclusions: Warranty does not apply to plastic items, disposable products, etc.
